01//Manifesto

We're not a traditional law firm.

We were born from the need to translate legal complexity into market velocity. We are business partners to entrepreneurs, creators, and companies transforming their industries.

We operate at the intersection of law, technology, and creation. We convert legal structure into real competitive advantage.

We understand the dynamics of digital. We speak your language. We design structures that protect your innovation at your pace.

Always business first.

02//Practice Areas

What we do.

Digital businesses don't fit the standard playbook. Each practice was designed for the reality of those operating online — not adapted from a model built for another economy.

05//What sets us apart

How we think about law.

01
Strategy

Strategic vision

A lawyer is not someone who knows the law. They are someone who knows what the law does for the business. Every recommendation starts from reading the operation, the cycle stage, and the kind of bet the moment demands. Technique comes after — to sustain the strategy.

02
Options

Always structured alternatives

No legal path is neutral. Every choice has a price, a timeline, and a consequence. Instead of prescribing, we map the alternatives: what each route protects, what it compromises, what it costs. The decision is the client's. The execution is ours.

03
Business

Business first

An opinion no one reads protects no one. Risk, path, and recommendation translated into timeline, cost, revenue at stake, exposed asset. Short, direct, actionable. Legal jargon stays in the filings — not in the client conversation.

06//Founder

Law built by and for entrepreneurs.

"We understand the pace of creators and the scale of technology because we speak the same language."

Monika Hosaki has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years. She founded and operated businesses before, during, and after law school. She has practiced law for over 10 years, always at the intersection of technology, intellectual property, and new business models — the same frontier that shapes the firm today.

A professor, author, and frequent speaker, Monika has published articles and led editorial projects across intellectual property, technology, startups, and entrepreneurship, including the guide Entendendo o Marco Legal das Startups (Understanding Brazil's Startup Legal Framework). Her work has taken her to legal, innovation, and entrepreneurship events throughout Brazil.

Hosaki Law was born from the law firm Monika needed when she was a founder herself. Alongside the firm, she leads Creator Nexus, a consultancy dedicated to managing intangible assets: brands, IP portfolios, audiences, contracts, and revenue.

The result is legal work with technical rigor, shaped by someone who has signed contracts from the other side of the table, run operations, and made decisions under pressure.
